CW Source caught up with Paul Wesley on the PaleyFest red carpet and he talks about the conflicted nature of Stefan, killing other vampires, and why Stefan drinking human blood could alter his relationship with Elena. Oh, and then there’s the issue of Elena and Damon getting closer…
