We don’t normally post fan work on the main blog (we have enough of a job keeping up with official news, after all), but sometimes something crops up that is exceptionally awesome or interesting that we feel we have to share. In this case, some professional-looking fanmade opening credits for the Vampire Diaries, courtesy of VampireDiaries.it.
Update: The track used in the video is Great Northern – “Houses”
When we tweeted about the video on Twitter, it actually sparked some interesting debate of opening credits vs. title card for the show. Given the nature of Twitter, it’s difficult to see if there was a winner either way (though it looked neck and neck to me), so we decided to put it to the poll.
