Spoiler alert! This week’s TV Guide Vampire Diaries Bite teases Elena’s choice of Salvatores (don’t worry, they don’t actually say) and addresses the issue of who might be getting a smooch. While there’s no outright revelations, there are some pretty strong hints. Remember, there might be some misdirection going on here, we’ve all been tricked before!

Previously on The Vampire Diaries, Klaus showed off his Original Dodgeball skills, the Board of Education would like a word with Mr. Saltzman about appropriate classroom behavior and everybody failed first aid. The Departed (EP322) airs tomorrow night, so this is your last chance to get caught up before the curtain comes down on season 3.

There’s a lot of talk about what’s ahead for different characters now that The Vampire Diaries has been renewed for a 4th season. What’s in store for the Original Hybrid? Joseph Morgan tells 24 Hours Vancouver that he doesn’t want to turn in his fangs just yet.
“I’m not ready to be done with the character yet. I hope he’s sticking around for a little while, but that’s really up to (the producers).”
If you’re not afraid of spoilers for Before Sunset, EP321, READ THE REST AT 24 HOURS VANCOUVER. Big thanks to @Shirarose1 for the heads up on this one!

Steven R. McQueen is dropping hints and teases all over this interview with Young Hollywood, so watch out for spoilers! He answers questions about what he’d like for Jeremy in season 4, his thoughts on a Bonnie and Jeremy reunion and what scares him in real life. Adorably, Steven also proves that he doesn’t share his character’s habit of misplacing dogs, buddy Max is right there sharing the interview couch. Awwww.

The end of Season 3 is nearly upon us! And this penultimate episode kept up last season’s tradition of giving us a heart-stopper before the finale.
I was feeling a wee bit disgruntled after Do Not Go Gentle, so thank the TVD gods for Before Sunset. Right from the Civil War imagery in the opening sequence through the rest of the masterful cold open, it was crystal clear that we were in for some top-notch Vampire Diaries. SPOILERS! Daniel Gillies recently talked to E!Online about The Departed (EP322) as well as his involvement with Team Isaias, a group devoted to helping a little boy with neuroblastoma.
On how he got interested:
“I met this little boy who just broke my heart because I could see there was a fragility in the child,” he explains. “We had to be careful playing with him and he had to wear a crash-helmet. He’s an adorable boy. Of course, naturally I inquired about his health and condition, just to learn about the disease.”
And on the Vampire Diaries front, Daniel confirms whether or not he’ll be back for this week’s finale, about which he says:
“[The episode is] just going to rock the foundation of the fandom. It’s stunning what the writers have done. I love what Julie Plec has done. I’m as eager as the fans to see how it evolves. It’s deeply tragic. You can expect some tragedy. That’s all I can really say. Whatever’s happening with this group of people is about to be changed forever.”
Uh-oh.
