It’s the penultimate episode of season 3, and things are getting desperate in Mysic Falls after the shocks of last week. Everyone is taking risks to help protect the people they love, and magic spells are involved… what could possibly go wrong before the final episode?
ITV2 will be displaying the Twitter #TVDUK hashtag during the episode, and will also be reading out the best or funniest tweet using the hashtag over the end credits. Previously on The Vampire Diaries, Klaus showed off his Original Dodgeball skills, the Board of Education would like a word with Mr. Saltzman about appropriate classroom behavior and everybody failed first aid. The Departed (EP322) airs tomorrow night, so this is your last chance to get caught up before the curtain comes down on season 3.

The end of Season 3 is nearly upon us! And this penultimate episode kept up last season’s tradition of giving us a heart-stopper before the finale.
I was feeling a wee bit disgruntled after Do Not Go Gentle, so thank the TVD gods for Before Sunset. Right from the Civil War imagery in the opening sequence through the rest of the masterful cold open, it was crystal clear that we were in for some top-notch Vampire Diaries. SPOILERS!
