The Hollywood Reporter’s Philiana Ng (@insidethetube – follow her on Twitter!) has posted two more PaleyFest red carpet interviews. The first has Julie talking about what Katherine may be doing now, Damon as hero?, Tyler’s future, when we can expect the werewolf element to surface (at the earliest), Matt/Caroline, and who’s going out on a double date?
And Kevin talks about what’s in store for Bonnie as we head towards the season finale.
And thanks to Vampire Diaries Show, we have over 100 HQ photos from the PaleyFest red carpet/panel up in the Gallery.

There’s a lot of redundant stuff out there from PaleyFest, so I’m throwing the big ‘uns up now (most of which we’ve been retweeting on Twitter the past few days) and then I’ll add to this post with more linkage and fun stuff after I do my own write-up (which, honestly, I’m not going to tell you anything these people haven’t said, so expect something a bit more personal). But the below provides a pretty clear picture of the actual panel and there are a lot of video chats with Ian, Nina, Paul, Julie, and Kevin, where they drop some cool information.
Articles, interviews, recaps!

We’ve been talking this event up here in the blog and on Twitter and now the big day has arrived: Members of the Vampire Diaries cast and creative team will be at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills this Saturday, March 6th at 7 p.m., all in the name of PaleyFest 2010. The Paley Center’s annual television festival honors a select number of shows every year and we know Vampire Diaries fans are flying in from as far away as North Carolina (!) to catch the TVD panel.
According to Paley’s website, confirmed guests are Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Julie Plec, Kevin Williamson, and Bob Levy, and possibly more members of the cast/production team will be in attendance. (Will they let Barbie Kligman out of The Room for this, you think?) Events typically consist of an episode screening (or exclusive footage – not saying this will happen here), and then a Q&A with guests. UPDATE: Julie Plec tweeted this tantalizing tease late Thursday night. Make of it what you will. ;)
Think you’ll be in the Paley area? Tickets are still available! I’ll be there (as will a slew of the Vampire Diaries fansite network, including @CW_VampDiaries, @NinaDobrevFan, and @kryptonsite, and quite a few recappers/podcast folk) and tweeting live over at @tvdnews. We’ll be sure to cover every nuance in the blog soon after. You can also get details live via @paleycenter. Give ‘em a follow!
Can’t make it but are dying to ask a question? Paley is accepting suggestions on the TVD event page. Just register and leave your question in the comments (scroll down the page).
Hope to see you there!

First up, we have a lengthy interview with Paul, courtesy of CW Source. He talks a lot about the show, Stefan, a bit about himself, and how he’s in need of a nickname because there are too many Pauls on set.
Second, we have a variety of interviews with members of the cast (and Bob Levy -- and I’m getting a copyright restriction notification, wtf? No fair! This must be what Red feels like all the time):
Update: Vee (and others) should be able to watch it now. ;) (R)

Paul Wesley, Nina Dobrev, and Katerina Graham, along with executive producers Julie Plec, Kevin Williamson, and Bob Levy, answered questions from TV reporters and bloggers during the CW’s Vampire Diaries panel today at the Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena. (No, Ian was not there, nor Steven R. McQueen – it’s a feat that any of the cast was there considering they’re in mad filming mode right now.)
We sort of live-re-tweeted during the panel this morning (while multi-tasking!), but below is a list of links to various articles, blogs, live blogs, and odd bits of consequence, and then under the spoiler-cut will be quotes and tidbits of particular interest to fans. Put your spec helmets on.
