Doppelganger protection duty never runs according to plan, something that everyone in Mystic Falls should be well aware of by now. Liv and Luke would have benefited from a handbook to guide them on the matter, though the fact they’re resorting to a dangerous new strategy indicates they’ve probably gotten the hang of how it all works. Markos has a few nasty tricks up his sleeve for Damon, Jeremy and Matt, and Bonnie finally confides in Caroline about the Other Side.

Once you’ve finished watching and shaken yourself back to reality, swing by here to rate the new episode of The Vampire Diaries. All discussion about the episode is welcomed and encouraged in the comments of this post.
