XXDisfunkshion Magazine recently interviewed the lovely Candice Accola, and our friends over at Candice Accola Web were kind enough to give us the heads up. Candice answered questions about how she got her start in acting, what it’s like working on The Vampire Diaries, and her involvement with charitable causes. She also talked a little bit about her character, on the question of whether or not there are any similarities between herself and Caroline Forbes.

Can you relate to your character in the Vampire Diaries in any way?

Candice: I can definitely relate! My character recently discovers her super natural powers. Now while I can’t relate directly in that sense, I am also a young woman still discovering myself at the same time.

You can read the rest of the (excellently titled!) interview and see scans of the magazine spread HERE AT DISFUNKSHION MAGAZINE.
