Ready for another look at Heart of Darkness (EP319)? Here you go! The episode will air on April 19. Warning: Spoilers through last night’s The Murder of One (EP318).
UPDATE: Many people have asked about the music playing in the promo. According to this tweet from Julie Plec, it’s not a publicly available song.
UPDATE II: Great news! The song in the promo is “Turn It Back” by Nik Ammar. It doesn’t seem to be available on Amazon or iTunes right now, but you can check out Nik Ammar’s website and listen to a full length version on SoundCloud or check it out on youtube, courtesy of user Goldenessie. Great big thanks to commenter Eva for finding it!

The bad news is that we have to wait three weeks for another new episode. The good news is that the CW is making the wait a little better – or worse? – with this taste of Heart of Darkness (EP319), which will air on April 19.

Give Me My Remote interviewed Paul Wesley at PaleyFest, but it looks like they held this one back as it’s particularly relevant to tonight’s episode (spoilers). Paul talks a bit about Stefan and Elena and what needs to happen before he thinks they could really be together as a couple. He also touches on Stefan’s relationship with Rebekah and Klaus, and how those play into the current situation.
Meanwhile, TVLine has a (SPOILER!) tidbit from Julie Plec about what’s ahead for Bonnie Bennett over the next few episodes, especially where it comes to a particular fella who is definitely not her brother.
We expressed our own curiosity about Bonnie’s storyline in last week’s 20ish Questions column. Let’s see if Julie Plec can sate our thirst. “Bonnie hits her emotional threshold this week, but don’t despair,” the exec producer tells the Inside Line. “She finds a nice bit of hope when she gets closer to Jamie and takes him as her date to the Decade Dance where he gets a glimpse of Bonnie the hero in action.”

The Vampire Diaries cast gets a little silly with some of their answers in this edition of MTV’s 10 On Top. Candice Accola, Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder, Kat Graham, Paul Wesley and Matt Davis all chime in with a few words about (spoilers!) The Murder Of One (EP318) and what might be in store for Klaus. Thanks for the heads up, @xLuvDamonx!

TVNZ’s 20/20 recently did a feature on Vampire Diaries, and they caught up with some of the cast to ask them about the show. Candice Accola, Michael Trevino, Kat Graham and Joseph Morgan talk a little about on screen romance and what it’s like to film and live in Atlanta. The interview is cut with some clips from things that have happened up through The Reckoning (EP305), so spoiler warning applies to anyone who hasn’t gotten at least that far into season 3.

Nina Dobrev recently did a video chat with awards site GoldDerby about a wide range of topics, including passionate fans, the allure of vampire, and how it felt to be the first write-in winner at the People’s Choice Awards. The video quality isn’t great at times, but bear with it: The interview is interesting and worth a watch!
