Tonight at 8/7c: Tune in to the CW for an encore airing of You’re Undead to Me (EP05), where Damon wakes up in an awkward situation after the night before, Stefan and Elena get into a bit of a lather together, Bonnie wields a broomstick with surprising skill, Matt rescues damsels in distress from errant hose pipes, and Zach shows off his rather fetching sweater collection. Stay tuned for the next episode of Moonlight at 9/8c.

It’s hard to believe the season one finale is only five weeks away. Doesn’t seem that long ago that there was a write-up in Variety, announcing that a Vampire Diaries pilot had been ordered. Okay, they might be several months late, but finally – finally – we have some episode stills from “You’re Undead to Me”. We have no clue why the CW never released any at the time, and it will remain a baffling fandom mystery for years to come (okay, maybe not). Not having a gallery for this episode has really bugged us for months now, so we’re pleased to post these in order to lay that mild irritation to rest. And also because we know you guys love stills of Stefan and Damon. Plus, you get a bonus tragic Zach Salvatore still thrown into the mix, too. Sweet!

Night four of the CW’s Vampire Diaries marathon begins soon, with two awesome episodes on the night the show normally airs (that means you should all be geared up for your Thursday routine of tuning in). Last night saw an average of 1.35 million viewers for “You’re Undead to Me” and “Lost Girls”, holding their own against the So You Think You Can Dance finale.

Night three of the CW’s Vampire Diaries marathon begins soon, and we hope you’re all planning on tuning in. Last night saw an average of 1.3 million viewers for “Friday Night Bites” and “Family Ties”. Both of tonight’s episodes rank up there as pretty popular as secrets are revealed, shocking things happen, and we get to see Katherine for the first time in all her superior glory in a lush-looking flashback.

This week, Monday through Friday, starting at 8/7c: Two episodes of The Vampire Diaries rocking your face every night – and the face of that friend you have that keeps saying they’re going to watch, and then they don’t, and you’re tired of explaining the awesome to them. No more excuses – the CW’s Sizzler is open and everyone gets the buffet. And don’t forget: Chime in on your favorite episode of the series so far!

Sorry for the last minute notice on last night’s encore, everyone – we’re blaming Tyra Banks. Doesn’t look like Wednesday night repeats are returning on the regular; last night was a one-off. In any case, tonight at 8/7c marks the return of You’re Undead to Me to your moving picture box, and we’re talking secrets revealed, cars on fire, broken necks, and home-made friggin’ mozzarella. And as Red pointed out with so much glee when this episode first aired: Bonnie’s holding a broom!

During that dreadfully long hiatus week between the airing of “Lost Girls” and “Haunted” we posted a poll to find out which episode was your favourite at that point. “Lost Girls” was the overwhelming winner of that particular poll, beating the other episodes by over 1,000 votes. We’ve had four more episodes since then (and an even longer hiatus to somehow survive), and comments in the blog and forums seem to suggest you all think each episode has been better than the last. So, we figured we’d put that to the test. Is “Lost Girls” still your favourite episode? Or has a new episode that’s aired since won a place in your heart?
