So much good stuff from Comic Con – buckling under the weight of it all. First up – BuzzSugar has press room interview footage with Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev, Kevin Williamson, and Matt Davis. One particularly interesting tidbit dropped: Kev says the fourth episode of Season 2 will be an 1864 flashback episode.

And DigitalSpy has several one-on-ones with the Vampire Diaries crew. You can see the Julie Plec interview below and check out Kevin Williamson, Matt Davis, Nina Dobrev, and Paul Wesley over on DigitalSpy’s YouTube channel.

Great interviews. So glad Kevin talks about not, “jumping the shark”. So many great show’s do that and then it is ruined or they lose viewers. Loved how Julie is so bang on about the show. The part when the interviewer said something(I honestly didn’t understand him either) the look on Julie’s face, and when she said ah, pardon me. That was funny! As for Paul, he is so damn sweet! Love how he is so sincere and truly appreciates us the fans. Of course not to mention he is gorgeous. Really looking forward to the new, uncle werewolf. The only thing that I would change about Season Two would be, to share the funny one liners that Damon gets. Hoping that Alaric,Stefan and Uncle werewolf get funny one liners.

I love how Ian understands Damon so extremely well. It’s great to know that he takes the time to even add some of his own layers to him. There could not have been a better actor to play this role.
