Thanks to The Futon Critic for the heads up on a CW press release announcing “The CW Fall 2009 Preview Special.” Laura Leighton and Thomas Calabro of Melrose Place will give viewers “a sneak peek into the world of vixens, vampires, models and more.” Shows highlighted include Melrose Place, The Beautiful Life, Life UneXpected (mid-season), and of course The Vampire Diaries. No word on whether we’ll get a peek at any footage not available online already, but we can hope. The special airs on Sunday, August 30th, 6:30-7 p.m. ET.
And a quick thanks to everyone sending in photos of Vampire Diaries advertising – from the subways, phone booths, and bus stops of New York to the billboards, buses, and elevator doors of Los Angeles. Very cool to see.
