I was blown away when I found out her age. I did think she was in maybe her older 20′s NOT 22 years old. She’s only one year older than Steve R. McQueen (Jeremy) who’s playing a 15 year old LOL And then only two years older than Nina.

Sign of a great actor, right? ;)

I think it’s funny how two of the characters (Jenna and Jeremy) that sparked the most general fan grief waaaaaay back in the day (okay, what? Nine, ten months ago?) have ended up – IMO – being two of the show’s more interesting elements. Some of that is writing, sure, but it’s Steven and Sara who sell it in a tangible way.

Oh, and I am *really* looking forward to both of them discovering what’s really going on in Mystic Falls. Which is why if I see Damon come anywhere near Jenna, I am throwing my shoes at him/the TV screen.

I actually thought she looked older and was near Ian’s age XD

I’m actually don’t really care for her at the moment. Not much has really been happening with her. But I think she’s safe for a while since she’s still got a lot transitioning to do into a parental figure. Jeremy’s starting to get interesting, but I do agree that Steven is great =]

I think I like Jenna because I can relate – she’s around my age, knows nothing about raising anyone, and is trying to balance new-found responsibility with the reality that she’s still a kid herself. I think I tend to be more forgiving about her obvious faults and failures.
