Do my eyes decieve me? Paul’s eyes are green!!! Yay Stefan!

  • Sia

Stephan is not cute. AND THEY LOOK TOO OLD TO BE IN HIGH SCHOOL.

  • Red

loved the books can’t wait until the series. Way to go CW keep the good books coming to series.

  • Mia

Wow! Gorgeous! They’re SO much better looking than the Twilight folks. Total stars in the making. I can’t wait for the show.

You know what I just realized? The issue of Stefan / Stephan only happens in the US, as far as I can tell. Here in Brazil we don´t have that problem… Everyone spells his name correctly.
I´m thinking about launching a new campaign or slogan for Stefan… It would be “Stefan, te voglio” (that´s italian for I want you) lol
Paul looks gorgeous!!! Ian too, but I like Paul better…
    Nina is cute too

LOL! I can’t stop laughing because Paul Wesley looks a bit like a werewolf about to howl in that particular angle. Love the eyes though!

We get the mix-up in the UK, too, so it’s likely an English-speaking thing. It’s very strange, especially for a fandom based on books where ‘Stefan’ is mentioned practically on every page.

  • Mel

Gorgeous portrait! They all look amazing. I’m particularly in love with Paul’s eyes.

  • Brittney

This photo is simply amazing. Loving Pauls eyes! They’ve really found some great people for the parts. Can’t wait for the show!!!

  • Tara

Why does this spelling in this comment not at all surprise me?

  • Angie

For the first time I see a little bit of ‘Stefan’ in Paul. Does that make any sense? I don’t know, it’s the look on his face, I think. Also, I am SO glad his eyes are green.

  • Jen

    Aww, Paul. I love you.
    He looks so gorgeous.
And i agree about the eyes!

  • Tara

I totally agree! This is a huge relief. The whole eye area of his face–I can finally see it. YAY!

Yes, yes, the boys are very pretty here – but I can’t help wondering if that’s Nina’s infamous fork bracelet. I want one!

  • Amanda

Sia, I don’t know if you ever watch high school related shows. Say, that new show 10 Things I Hate About You? but almost always the actors playing high school age characters, in shows or movies, are actually in their 20′s. Hardly ever are they the correct high school age. It’s the way of the business. So, it’s not that odd that the actors playing STEFAN or Damon (who, based on the books, is supposed to be in his early 20′s anyway and who doesn’t even pretend to be in high school for that matter) or Elena would be older than the average high schooler. Age isn’t important, how they play the characters is.

The cast is really gorgeous <3. Maybe it's stupid but I image them in my mind while reading The Nightfall right now. lol
I'm not an orthodox fan of LJ Smith as you can see.
