It’s a complex brother relationship. Nothing is ever just black and white. Give it time. If you don’t like it dont watch the show. Not every show on TV is gonna be the exact same. It’s entertainment so relax.

I don’t think it’s about Elena any more. The fact that Damon is in love with her is irrelevant. He doesn’t try to win her any more, he showed his feelings to her episodes ago, it’s up to her now…Of course Damon wants to protect her, he does’t want her to be hurt or die, even from his brother, but I don’t think he would kill him because of her…Stefan is a ripper now, but under compulsion, he doesn’t want to be one..The last scene of the episode reminded me of Damon at the beginning…This ironical attitude ”Please, carry on…”!!!! I wanted to puntch him in the face!!! And Elena was like ”Who is he???” And this promo…???? I should be seeing that on Thursday morning, not yesterday!!! OMG can’t wait!!!!!!!

 i know i’d rather have stefan and damon then stelena or delena thats more interesting to me :( but i feel like damons gonna get the chance to kill stefan in the next episode cause they show damon about to stake someone but i’ll think he’ll chicken out of it…at least i hope he will D:

Nobody said they are trying or are like Dean and Sam! This is a different show, the relationship between the brothers is completely different. There is no female involved in the Winchester brothers lives so lets stop comparing the 2 shows.

I wonder if anyone has even considered how Damon is feeling watching his younger brother, that he loves and has always protected,  fall into the clutches of Klaus.  It is not only about Elena and Stefan’s relationship.  There is a brotherly bond being affected too.   :)

I was not comparing the to shows per se, I was having a conversation with another poster.  I have been watching Supernational from the very first episode and own all of the DVDs, trust me I know there is no comparing two shows.  I don’t know what your problem with me is but may I suggest you solve it.  

This episode is really interesting! I can’t wait to see it! Stefan is honestly getting on my nerves, I mean he always has from the beginning even when he was good. From what I see from the images and the promo, he seems to be an annoyance to Elena, maybe that’s why she wants him locked up and also because she doesn’t want him to kill anyone. I think Elena fell off the bleachers on purpose to get Stefan’s attention so that Alaric can take him down, and like Elena said she wanted him locked up. I think now that Stefan’s a ripper he’s gunna get stronger and stronger and his personality’s gunna change, well it’s in the transition of changing, somehow when he’s around Elena, she seems to weaken him. I mean yeah of course I know why and all. Since Elena is going to be like Buffy she’s gotta be able to protect herself from the bites I mean what if Damon’s not around, she should be drinking vervain or something if she’s not going to use her necklace. I have a feeling where Damon teaches Elena how to fight, that Elena’s gunna do the eyesex with Damon and hopefully kiss! [x That would make my night! [:
