That makes me excited! “A lot of that comes from the books”, “great last moment of the first season and we’re building towards it”. Considering what he said about killing off main characters, I can only suspect offing Elena in the river but who knows?

Wow, that entire interview was hilarious. I love Ian! Wants to be as cool as Stephen Colbert (don’t we all?), hates Taylor Swift…love him.
