If Kelly Hu‘s Twitter is to be believed (and we think it is), she will be guest starring in episode 13 (#112) of The Vampire Diaries. You may know Ms. Hu best as Lady Deathstrike in X2, various appearances on shows like NCIS, Law & Order: SVU, CSI: New York, and not to mention voice work for Robot Chicken and The Spectacular Spider-Man. Or perhaps you remember her kicking Ian Somerhalder’s ass in The Tournament? In any case, we’re not 100% certain who she is playing (though we have an idea), but that information will most likely come to light soon.

I said probably, as in maybe. He seems to “break” most casting information for the show, with the notable exceptions of Gina Torres and Sean Faris. He may or may not have anything to say about this one, depending on whether the role will recur. *shrug*

William Keck is one of the best with the casting scoops because it’s just nameless sources but interviews with principals like Kevin Williamson or the actors themslves. Or at least I think so Johanna(Quote)

I’m a big fan of Kelly Hu, ever since X2. She was the best thing about The Tournament and quite honestly, she’s a stand out in everything she’s been in. Can’t wait for ep 13! Darren Albert(Quote)
