If you’ve sufficiently recovered from last night’s Vampire Diaries episode, the CW already has the extended promo for Blood Brothers (EP20) up on their website for U.S. viewers. We’ve been waiting all season to discover exactly how the Salvatore brothers were turned into vampires and, if Damon is to be believed, we learn the rest of the story next Thursday, April 29th.
The ratings for Miss Mystic Falls (EP19) are in and it looks like Vampire Diaries garnered around 3.2/3.3 million viewers last night. From TV By the Numbers:
The CW’s Vampire Diaries 2.4 rating for the CW target women 18-34 demo was up a tenth from last week’s preliminary rating.
UPDATE: Thanks to TV By the Numbers for CW’s press release.
THE VAMPIRE DIARIES won the 8:00-9:00p.m. hour in females 12-34 (2.5/8) and female teens (2.7/10). VAMPIRE DIARIES improved over last week among viewers (3.27mil) and female teens… Overall, The CW had its best Thursday night since 2/4/10 among adults 18-34 (1.6/5).
