WOWWWW that looks exciting. So glad that Bonnie is there to help kickass with her witchy powers. Can’t wait to see Bonnie do something major– really blow us away with a powerful spell. My oh my, doesn’t Matt look hot!! Seriously he is looking really hot. So all the guys are working together with Bonnie to I would imagine save Elena. Love it when they work as a team. Nina must be having the time of her life playing Katherine and Elena. Not to mention making out with three extremely sexy/hot guys. Come on show us some Stefan and Elena action…pleaseeee.

I CANNOT wait two fricken weeks for this! I hope they kill katherine slow and painfully! And It looks like Jeremy has forgiven elena for her secrets. If this is a two parter, does that mean they’ll air on the same night? Cause if it that whole “to be continued” cliffhanger thing at the end of the first part, thats just a regular episode. Please answer!

Omg! It looks amazing! I can’t believe we have to wait another 8 days! I can’t take it anymore! lol. I’m kinda disapointed in the lack of Delena in this “preview”, but overall, it looks like the best episodes in season 2 yet, besides the first one(that blew my mind away!) I have to say, as much as a pain as Katherine is, I love having her around in the show. She takes it to a whole new level. I wonder if Elena will get kidnapped in the next episode or the Masquerade episode. Either way, can’t wait!

I don’t think they will succeed in killing Kat. I think she beats them at their own game and steals the prize (Elena)…Then I think Damon, Alaric, Stefan & Jer will be doing whatever is necessary to get her back unharmed. (With a lot of help from Bonnie and Caroline, of course)

It wasn’t the same scene with Stefan ‘telling’ Jenna – it looks like Jenna’s in the Gilbert house and Stefan’s in the Salvatore house.

Can’t wait for this one… but I have to say, I am worried about the characters (especially Matt and Jenna – vulnerable humans who have no idea whats going on!)

Yikes, Jeremy looks a little overwhelmed with everything. Damon stop yelling at the kid it’s his first time.lol So were gonna see a whole lot more of Mason and his tattoo. Gotta like that. Well until Stefan and Damon stick a spike in him.lol Nina is doing such an incredible job. As much as killing katherine would solve so many problems. It is fun to see what she has up her sleeve next. Poor Elena and Stefan they have really been put through the ringer lately. They really need some alone time to get there hot passion back on track. Cannot wait to see Alaric and Bonnie kick some ass. Love how Alaric never yells, talks low. Very matter of factly, that’s how I like to kill vampires. What a hottie.

if you pause at 20 seconds, you see lucy and katherine walking, which means that the masked character that kidnapps elena at the end of the preview is someone other then lucy or katherine.  (Quote)

Could be, or could be they make a switch…as in Kat takes Elena’s place wearing Elena’s clothes and Lucy changes her clothes and becomes the “masked figure”….either way, Lucy & Kat are old vampire friends and they will take Elena.

Cannot wait. The scene with Mason and Katherine, wow talk about steamy/sexy. Watched it normal speed then slow. That looks like one hotttt make out session, someone cool those two off.lol Actually I LOVED IT!!! Go ahead make my day…give me a scene like that with Stefan and Elena. It looks like a guy who takes Elena maybe Mason. Or it is a very large guy. Jeremy looks so sweet, trying to save his big sister. The scene with those two is very touching. Alaric, Damon, Stefan, and Bonnie coming together is going to be incredible. All of them standing around Katherine. Oh god I can’t wait. If all of them can’t kick her ass. Instead of game on it’s game over.lol The episode looks great. As usual. Love this show!!

Lucy/Rose is an “old” vampire friend of Katherine’s. Lucy/Rose will abduct Elena and Katherine will assume her identity at the ball, which leads me to believe at this point Lucy/Rose is following Katherine’s orders. Phillippe is with Lucy/Rose, but I don’t think he is Klaus (unless he utters the word “sport”). He is just another “powerful” vampire. Although, his interest in Elena is more than meets the eye and it appears Lucy/Rose may go along with him. From the video, it looks like Damon and Stefan may be on to Katherine’s identity switch, but it is hard to tell at what point things change. From the “battle weapons” Damon and Company are loading up with, looks like a major fight will take place. If that happens Katherine will wipe the floor with them, she may be injured, but not taken down. (I wonder if this is where Nina injured her back). Katherine is not going anywhere anytime soon and is more than a worthy opponent for Damon. I don’t know how he will beat her at this game she is playing, but he has to. Katherine has been trying to seduce him since she arrived in town, maybe he will get close enough by bedding her. He was smart enough in The Return to stop the make out session (brief pause) until he got answers. Katherine looked frustrated with him when he stopped.

Bye, Bye Mason..your days are over. Bonnie took you down for Damon and now your in Damon’s torture chamber. I wonder how much information Damon will get from Mason before he kills him… Unfortunately, poor Tyler will be taking Mason’s place as a werewolf. Where is the moonstone and what does it do? Why does Katherine want it?

From the TV Guide Mega Buzz, Bonnie is not going to be happy with the new guy in town. He has her abilities and knows all about the Bennett line. Obviously, he is a warlock, the question is “is he Katherine’s”. This must be Luka, but at some point there will love triangle between Bonnie, Jeremy and this Luka guy. If he is Katherine’s warlock, things should get very interesting, especially if Luka falls in love with Bonnie.

Jeremy is really growing up this season. Maybe Damon did him a favor by “killing” him (thank God for the ring), because now Jeremy wants to live. He is over the whole “poor me, how can I deal with this” part of his life. Jeremy wants to fight and protect what he cares about.

Also, Caroline needs to stay around for a long time. I am loving her as a vampire. Two thumbs up Kevin Williamson, this was a great decision on your part. I wonder if Caroline and Matt will be a couple again, or if Kelly Donovan will be back as a succubus.

Stefan back on human blood is going to be a very bad thing. He is hiding a very dark secret that not even Damon is aware of. Things are going to get very “rocky” for Stefan and Elena. At some point she will turn to Damon, which will be the beginning of the long path of “redemption” on his part. Along the way, I hear Elena’s “green eyed monster” called jealously will come out regarding Damon. It will be interesting when she realizes Damon was right in what he said to her in “The Return”.

This show is amazing, all the twists, turns, and cliffhangers. Now there is a torture scene. WOW! Rememberance of 24 and the Jack Bauer days.

I guess my guilty pleasure of watching Damon Salvatore is put on hold for another week. October 21st is too long to wait.

I agree, I seriously think Damon is going to have a much bigger reaction then Stefan. Stefan just seems so calm all the time. Thats totally the part I’m most looking forward to.

It will be sheriff Forbes i think. If you look at all their IBM’s she is the only one that does not include a episode past Oct, 7. For the Arlic and Taylor lovers they are good until past Nov. we hope. I am not sure about this, so don’t hate. Please
