The week in Vampire Diaries production – with bullet points (!):
- Via director Marcos Siega, Monday had the largest page count to shoot, with the entire cast on set.
- Tuesday was a shoot in Elena’s house. Included: Self-Portrait of a Director Racing the Clock.
- According to writer/executive producer Julie Plec’s Twitter, Monday/Tuesday was the last night of filming for Zach Roerig (Matt), Michael Trevino (Tyler), and Candice Accola (Caroline).
- Today there were stunts. On a stage. Stefan/Damon throwdown? Maybe?
- And, finally, looks like Friday is the last day of filming. (Just a guess, but we think this might be a little stressful for those involved in the production.)
In other news, via various reports from around Vancouver, Ian Somerhalder apparently goes out at night and is still really, really, ridiculously good-looking (Blue Steel™). Yet the mythical Sarah Carey continues to evade.
