Caroline had the best character development by far and her acting is unbelievable! From being a insecure teenager to the strong character she is today and her transformation to a vampire was a very good storyline. It made you want to root for her the whole time. Tyler is my second as far as development and a good werewolf storyline that I think the writers could of done alot more with. But for him to go from a bully who let know one care about him. To caring and showing a side of him to Caroline we never seen before was a big change from last season. Damon he had good development as well becoming a little more caring and realizing his mistakes and doing whatever it took to redeem himself.

Definitely Elena and Stefan – We have seen those two come so far!

For me it was Nina in her vampire character with the Original brothers.

KATHERINE came to MF with GAME ON by killing the messenger, brought Mason with her, introduced us in flashbacks to George Lockwood and the moonstone. She compelled not only Matt to activate Tyler’s wolf-curse and succeded, killed Aime Bradley on the dancefloor. Thanks to her Bonnie met another living Bennett witch. She made Stefan dream of her. Later she was ready to sacrifice Damon to get out of the tomb but also brought Klaus’ blood to cure him while playing mind games all the time. Her phone conversations are a killer – especially for Jenna both times, though my favourite remains the boytoy call between her and the Salvatore brothers in Plan B.

ELIJAH’s entrance in Rose with the suit, swagger and layer talk made me think that he could be the CEO of WolfRam&Hart from Angel. He beheads in one swift move, rips hearts left and right, smashes windows with coins and opens doors with pebbles. He can save the day (the other night his witch) or ruin it completely, but I cannot blame him that he wanted to be reunited with his family. He does know some interesting stories (real and fake ones), so a dinner and/or a stroll in the nature should be fun with him. He is the first Original that we met, he introduced us to some of their special tricks. I bet he died lately more often then in the whole last millenium.

KLAUS is the master manipulator. He didn’t need minions or get his own hands dirty he just compelled Kat to repeatedly stab herself. And I thought Katherine making Jenna stabherself in the stomach was mean. He borrowed Alaric’s body. Bonnie&Elena died and Isobel&Jenna are no longer because of him. I didn’t really care that much about Jules but her death made Tyler into a lone (were)wolf. The biggest change, which I guiltily enjoy, is that Klaus gave us Hero/Rippah Stefan.

1. Damon. This was practically his season. He went through some major character shifts and learned SO MUCH. He’s come a long way from episode 2×1.
2. Katherine. She lit up the screen with her awesomeness. Nina Dobrev kicked butt with her amazing portrayal of the vampire everyone loves to hate.
3. Caroline. Her character made a shift from whiny and useless to awesome and one of my favorites on the show.

Everyone does now MVP stands for most valuable player right? I love me some Damon but he was definitely not valuable at all this season seeing as how he was willing to kill off the entire cast and himself  for Elena.
1. I’d say Stefan was one of the most valuable because well he pretty much saved Damons ass in the finale and worked all season to protect Elena and keep Damon on the right track.
2. Bonnie because well she helped a helluva lot all season with her witchy spells and kicking major ass towards the end of the season.
3. Elijah because he was saving ass and kicking ass ever since he stepped on the scene lol. Plus he had valuable information that helped develop new story lines and tie up previous ones.

bonnie and damon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they should be together!!!!! come on! elena and damon? yuck. if you think they should be together than you are stupid. yea, i said it. Offense. elena and stefan are meant to be together, idiots. forget about delena or whatever crap. stop messing around and tryyy to be logical. at least on this. bonnie is perfect for damon. she is really good for him! and btw if you actually reeeadddd the books, too. then u would be completely agreeable with me.
