Angel Season 4 WAS awful, wasn’t it? Wow, I watched it but it was painful… kept hoping for it to get better. Season 5 was better, but I liked the first three the best!!!
Back to our show… It’s true, Stefan doesn’t like to mess up, ever. It’s like he has to be perfect all the time! Remember when he drank Amber’s blood in the Miss Mystic Falls episode? He said to her ‘I can’t do this, I’m the good brother!’ I really do think he gets off on being better than Damon! He can’t seem to stand being the bad guy so he lies and deceives! But obviously it all catches up to him eventually!

  • Jenna

I know that scene was just brutal! My heart just broke for him! Then Elena tells him it’s always going to be Stefan as well… and I’m thinking ‘why?!!’ What did this character do to earn the place of second best in his entire life? lol! I guess back in 1864 he was a little too hot and heavy for Katherine and it was a turn off and in the present day it’s just not right… Elena fell in love with Stefan, she’s not gonna go for his brother as well!!! I guess that’s what she was thinking! Still, what a sucky deal!
I know Elena and Katherine are played by the same person, but seriously I really liked the chemistry between Katherine and Stefan… was kind of hot. Of course let’s not forget that scene between Katherine and Damon before she tells him she’s never loved him… that make-out scene was the hottest in all TVD history over  two and a half seasons!

  • Jenna

LOl, yeah… there should be an episode where they all go to therapy… that would be an awesome SNL skit :)) Anyway, let’s watch and see what happens. I love a good story!!! Still have two weeks minus two days to go…

  • http://twitter.com/marsv80 Marie vasishta

I’m not here to argue and I’m actually enjoying this story arc alot but to say Stefan had it coming??  I completely disagree, Stefan put his trust in his brother to protect the girl he loves, I dont think you’re comment gives Damon enough credit.  Again its a tv show and I respect the story they’re telling but my initial comment was a personal opinion nothing else.

Tell me about it & left us all hanging with our mouths open that Elijah was back. I bet there was a lot shrieking in homes that night! At least we got 3 episodes of TVD before they started the hiatus again! SPN only gave me 2 episodes and is making me wait 3 weeks! This bites! At least I got to see Dean all dolled up in the 40′s! Talk about hot!

    THE TIES THAT BIND

Wow. For a rather average episode, it sure generated a lot of comments. I wonder why that is? Guess it wasn’t as bad as everyone thought. Let’s get this started.

BONNIE: I’m very happy Bonnie is getting a decent storyline. It’s about time, right? I think her character has been severely underused and giving her something, anything, is better that her being relegated to the I-need-a-witch-now storyline she previously had. Kat Graham is a good actress and I feel that she would do a great job if given the proper material to work with.

I’m glad she finally got to see her mother. She needed to deal with those complicated emotions that every child has that felt that they were abandoned. Also the fact that with her mother could be useful in defeating Klaus makes it all the better.

Bonnie and Abby’s first interaction for some reason didn’t have the emotional impact I was expecting. I don’t know if it was the way it was written or perhaps the actress, but I was hoping for more of a spark between them. It’s clear that Bonnie still has bad feelings about her mother because she seemed pretty harsh with her. Instead of concentrating more on their relationship issues, she seemed more concerned about whether Abby could open the coffin. I guess something like that is expected from someone who felt they were abandoned. I hope there’s a more important  reason why Abby stayed away and I also hope that Bonnie and her can work out their issues together because Bonnie needs all the help she can get. And an additional shoulder for support certainly couldn’t hurt either.

DAMON: Was Damon trying to earn some points with Elena and Bonnie when he decided to locate Abby Bennett? Or was he just trying to be helpful? Hmm….who knows, but I wouldn’t put it past him. Too bad Elena decided to go on their little trip without him. Looks like he really wanted to go. I can’t really blame her though. He would have been snarking and doing that eye thing he does all the way there. I think even Elena needs a break from that. Though he did get her back by telling Bonnie him and her kissed. Vindictive much Damon. He clearly did that on purpose, which I found pretty funny. Now Elena has to have this awkward conversation with Bonnie. And you know how she doesn’t really like to admit things(e.g. feelings for Damon), so talking about that kiss wasn’t exactly something she was looking forward to.
Bad Damon. Now go to your room and think about it. Ha!

Aww. Damon really cares about Ric. And to show how much he cares he’s going to find out if Ric’s potential girlfriend is a psychopath. Isn’t that nice. Let’s say it together – only in Mystic Falls. Ha! At-least she’s not a vampire. We all know how well those scenarios turn out. I do have to give Damon credit though. He took that punch from Stefan like a man. He didn’t whine like a baby or even punch him back. He just accepted it. I guess that punch was worth it if it meant kissing Elena. Kudos to you Damon.

KLAUS:  Come on in Klaus. Make yourself comfortable. It’s nice that you can just waltz into someone’s house like you own the place. Can I get you something to drink too. How about a beer or some O positive. What do you prefer Budweiser or blond. Jeez. Don’t vampires have any manners. I guess not. Yes, klaus was looking mighty comfortable on that sofa. A little music playing, some vintage bourbon(?), life couldn’t be better. Ha!

I love how Stefan shows up and isn’t even fazed by Klaus being in his house. It’s like he almost expected it. Very badass of him. Klaus wants his family back but Stefan still wants to play keep-away. I don’t know if Stefan just gives him back his family, Klaus would let bygones be bygones and leave Stefan alone. But Klaus did do what Stefan asked him so maybe Stefan should keep his end of the bargain. But then again, who knows what goes through the mind of craaaazy Stefan. Maybe next time Klaus.

Oh sh*t, Klaus is in the witches’ house. Lets hide the women and children, er, coffins everybody. Ha! Looks like the witches aren’t too fond of his company. Poor Klaus, it’s hard to make friends. They give him a massive aneurism which leave him writhing in pain. Joseph Morgan did a tremendous job with this scene. You really felt that Klaus was in pain. We rarely see Klaus that vulnerable which was very interesting to watch. Looks like Klaus got back some of his family members. But uh-oh, one coffin is missing. Klaus doesn’t look too happy about this. But I think he has other things to worry about at the moment with the return of

ELIJAH:  Look who’s back! No, not your annoying relative. Elijah!  Wasn’t expecting him so soon. Where has he been all this time? Well, some idiot stabbed him in the chest and shoved him in a coffin. But fear not ladies, he’s still impeccably dressed and groomed with his trademark swoon-worthy accent. You can now faint at will. Ha!  Talk about making an entrance though. His heart snatching skills certainly didn’t suffer while he was locked away. Sorry Nick Carter. He should make a video about that. Perhaps a infomercial. STEALING HEARTS- how to be the best vampire you can be by Elijah “Smith”. $19.95 plus shipping and handling. And if you order early you will receive Elijah “Smith’s” SECRETS TO A WELL-KEPT PART free of charge. Your hair will thank you. lol
I’m really looking forward to Klaus and Elijah’s interactions now that Elijah’s back. You know Elijah is gonna be one pissed-off Original. There’s only so much daggers in the chest a guy can take before loosing it. I would love to see how Klaus weasels himself out of this one.

ABBY: Some mother. Takes care of someone else’s kid but can’t take care of her own. Bad job not even reaching out to Bonnie over the years. But hopefully she can get her magic back so she can help bring down Klaus. Maybe after that her and Bonnie can begin to form some type of relationship. For now, I don’t know how much I trust her. I’m sure there’s more to her story than she’s letting on.

JAMIE:  I don’t have a feel for him yet. I’m sure he’s going to play some pivotal role down the line. We’ll see.

ELENA:  Elena is slowly letting go of the girl she used to be. It started on the bridge with Matt. Even Stefan begins to see it. She’s tougher. Stronger. And she needs to be. There’s too many things at stake. And one of those things is her heart. In keeping with that toughness, she told Stefan it was her who kissed Damon and that she doesn’t feel guilty about it. Wow. I have to admit, I was a little surprised that she framed it that way. Damon’s influence maybe? Or the fact that with Stefan gone/crazy, she was able to step out from under his protective shadow and become her own woman. Whatever the reason, she’s changing and I’ll be interested to see where all these changes take her.

STEFAN:  There’s no way I’m leaving my girlfriend with my brother all alone, especially if I know how he feels about her. Not happening. The temptation is too much. It’s not about trust. It’s about human nature. The potential for something bad happening is too great.

Stefan did all that. He also told her, multiple times, he didn’t want to be with her. Even when he received his freedom from Klaus, he still had an opportunity to be with her if he wanted. But he decided to shut out his humanity, play dangerous chess games with Klaus and loose his frigging mind. What was he expecting to happen. She would come crawling back to him or join a nunnery. If she had any self-respect she would move on. And that’s exactly what she did. Albeit in her own way.

Am I surprised that Elena and Damon kissed? No. Sooner or later it was bound to happen. With them working together all summer  to find Stefan and the fact that Damon has changed some of his ways and that he was a constant support for her, something was bound to give.

But I still felt bad for him though. He was clearly hurt and shocked when she told him about the kiss. I guess he wasn’t expecting either of them to take things so far. Sorry Stef. You make your bed, you have to lie in.

There is a general code concerning ex-girlfriends most men, especially friends, adhere to. If a guy breaks up with his girlfriend and one of his friends wants to date her, if he’s a noble guy, he asks his friend first for permission. Most of the time the friend gives him the okay, that way nothing has to be awkward or complicated. And no ill feelings has to develop between them. Brothers, on the other hand, is a little more complicated. Generally, a brother is not suppose to go out with his brother’s ex, regardless. And he’s certainly not suppose to make a move on his brother’s girl or his wife. Absolutely not. That’s like a cardinal sin. I think Stefan was hoping that Damon would stick to that code. I guess not. Though, I’m surprised that Stefan was so surprised by this. After all, something similar to this happened before. Something he was directly involved in. Does Mystic Falls circa 1864 ring a bell? Talk about history repeating itself. Literally.

I am so angry that we have to wait two weeks for a another episode. I mean, c’mon, the show just came back from a gigantic break. Now we have to take another one, after just three episodes. What the hell! Granted, it’s just one week, but even that is still too long. lol  This really sucks.

I agree 100%, I mean honestly I’ve never disliked an episode since the show started, I think the only one i didn’t like was By The Light Of The Moon…..and that’s it. A lot of time when i’m watching the show, there’s times where I’ll get upset about something or something that we’ve ALL discussed time and time again, over debated about or argued about etc etc. and then the following wk, the writers put exactly what we’ve been talking about into the show, and basicially they shut us up, LOL..and I LOVE IT…..they know exactly what their doing and i’m not doubting them at all. I just sit back and enjoy the ride. I mean I’ve recruited a few people into the show(I always make them start from the very beginning, and i talk up the show) i’d say about 15 people, they’ve all gotten hooked, and that was hard to do, cuz some were Trubies or Twihards (UGH) But now all they seem to think about is TVD….and the writers are a HUGE reason for it. I just wish that KW could be more involved like he used to be.

Calling Aunt Jenna/Sara Canning fans! She will be guest starring on my other favorite show Supernatural on Feb. 3 in case anyone is interested. Just wanted to share with everyone!=)

  • Anonymous

There are probably so many comments BECAUSE we have to wait 2 weeks and we will probably watch this episode 5 or 6 times and analyze it to death and obsess over it till we have something new to obsess over! That’s just my guess. Plus it’s just fun to read new comments & try to help each other figure out what the heck is going to happen next! =)

Fell plays a major role for the town in the books. Also Katherine still out there- many clues for possible future events?Love the series-great actors

  • Alyssa

Elena and Stefan forever!! i cant stop screaming and crying when I saw the pain in Stefan’s eyes when he found out abt the kiss.

Its not that I dont like Damon. Where in fact I can’t stop drooling because he’s so hot esp. w/ his leather jacket on. :))))

    but stelena forever!! :)))))

  • Kiki

me too. Those two would be an explosive mix :-)

  • Anonymous

I had forgotten about what he told Amber and you are right, that said a lot about just who Stefan is.  But saying again, I am LOVING this Stefan right now.

  • Anonymous

Nina is so good playing both characters, that I really forget it is Nina playing both, YEA!! for PCA.

Any way back to the show, that was a very hot scene with Damon and Katherine, but my favorite hold my breath scene was in Slater’s apt when he was telling Elena to leave or he would carry her out.  That was so HOT, then in the tomb when she finds out Stefan is locked in.  And let’s not forget the end of season one, when he kissed Kat and thought it was Elena.  SIGH, so many good Damon scenes. lol

Really 3 weeks for SPN, I thought it was just 2 Fridays without a show.  And yes Dean was “sweet merciful awesome” all dolled up. lol

OK just looked at a calendar and it is 3 weeks before the show is back on the 3rd Friday…whew don’t panic me like this. ;)

Now that you mention it, I did pick up on something…..but it’s not regarding the Fells…the family was a bigger player in the books, but in the TV show, not so much.

Does anyone else think it’s a bit odd that Abby Bennett said she left her daughter, her husband and her friends behind to draw away a really old vampire (Mikael) from the town of Mystic Falls…that in fact he was looking for the Doppelganger?

Elena was what? Three years old at the time? How could anyone know she would grow up to be a doppelganger? Much less that she was residing in Mystic Falls? Second warning: Keeping in mind that both Klaus & Elijah thought Katherine’s line ended with her (when she turned herself into a vampire) how in the sam hell did Mikael come across the information that Katherine’s blood line still existed? Klaus thought he killed her entire family. Elijah was under the same impression…..so how did Mikael know that there was a possibility that a doppelganger existed? Sure, we know Kat had a baby…but as far any the Originals were concerned, they all thought the line ended with Katherine. Elijah said that himself specifically. Klaus was trying to find a way to break his curse without a doppelganger. Something’s not right here. Something doesn’t ring true…at all.

HI dman: Believe it or not, I actually agree with the majority of your post. Specifically about Elena, Bonnie & Abby.

Regarding Elena: You said she was coming out from underneath Stefan’s protective shadow and becoming her own woman. That’s exactly what I see her doing. We the fans (not me in particular) give her a hard time because we want her to go ahead and choose a brother (meaning Damon or Stefan)…it’s only human that we the fans (not me in particular) want her to be with the brother we like best. But it’s not that simple. For Elena, she has to grow up and make the hard choices. I kinda think it’s interesting that the more trials she has to go through, the more she’s starting to be a little like her ancestor Katherine. I’m enjoying watching her grow up. For me, as a woman, I wonder if she told Stefan about “the kiss” to get a reaction of some kind out of him. My initial reaction was that I didn’t particularly like that she picked that particular time to do it…but thinking back, she really hasn’t had another opportunity. That was the first time Stefan was actually open to having a conversation with her that didn’t involve him pushing her away since the beginning of this season. So, she took the opportunity that she had and went with it. That reminded me of Katherine. Stefan needs to start feeling for something again, and Elena gave him a nudge to do it.

Regarding Bonnie & Abby: Something is not right here. I like the fact that Bonnie is sensing it. I do think Bonnie needs a shoulder to lean on as you said, but I’m not sure it’s Abby. Things about Abby’s story do not ring true. I mentioned it in an above comment, so I won’t go into it again. But my bullshit meter is going sky high here…..but for Bonnie’s sake, I hope I’m wrong.

Regarding Stefan: Thank you for pointing out that Stefan has had ample opportunity to come home to Elena but has chosen not to. He’s pushed her away, told her his problems weren’t his, threatened her life, threatened to turn her into a vampire, left her in Damon’s care knowing how Damon felt about her…all of the sake of getting revenge. And let’s be honest, he wasn’t protecting anyone while doing this. What I find sad about the whole thing is that for the first half of this season, both Damon & Elena were working so hard together to try to get him back. Stefan, of his own free will, after the Homecoming episode, decided what was important to him…and it wasn’t Elena.

Regarding Damon: Like you said, let’s give kudos where kudos are do. Damon has stepped up to the plate, but he’s done it in his very own Damon fashion. He’s been there for Elena while trying to find Stefan, he’s basically been her shoulder to cry on. He’s tried his best to keep her safe. He’s tried his best to get his brother back FOR HER. In this episode alone, he managed to find out info on his best friends “supposed” love interest, steal away the one coffin that Klaus wants returned the most and un-dagger Elijah…..he’s been an extremely busy vampire. Hell, I’m tired for him. Let’s also give some credit where credit is due: Damon has come a long way from the vampire who first hit town in Season 1.

Regarding the GUY CODE: I would agree with you here in any other circumstances…..but it’s not like Stefan’s been open to talking about his “feelings” lately. I know, I know, it’s only common courtesy to ask the other fellows permission and  all, but in this particular circumstance it’s not likely to happen. And let’s be honest: it hasn’t been just Damon flirting with Elena. Damon’s acted the way he’s always acted towards her…..the difference is that Elena has been the one flirting back. The fact that Damon & Stefan are brothers only complicates matters further but still: I ask again….what exactly did Stefan expect to happen? He’s always been jealous of Damon & Elena time…..so there you go.

Regarding Klaus & Elijah: I am also looking forward to those two and their interactions. I will say this: Elijah may be pissed that he was daggered yet again…….but Klaus is his brother. As it turns out, Klaus wants his family to be reunited. That’s going to go a long way in how Elijah feels about Klaus in present day Mystic Falls.

It does suck that we have to wait 2 weeks for another new episode. It doesn’t seem fair does it?

  • Anonymous

Stefan made the choice that revenge was more important to him than coming home to Elena after Homecoming. Let’s be honest here, that was Stefan making a choice of his own free will. As far as Damon flirting with Elena, yeah, he was. But he’s always been flirty with her. It started back in Season 1. The difference here is that ELENA HAS BEEN FLIRTING BACK. Yeah, Damon kissed Elena, but ELENA KISSED DAMON BACK. Should Stefan then go and slug Damon because he’s now decided that he has a right to be jealous of a relationship that he pretty much left open the door to happen? Stefan has always been jealous of Damon & Elena time. He knew how Damon felt about Elena. He entrusted  Elena’s safety to Damon. Elena has always had feelings for Damon and Stefan knew it…..this goes back to Season 1 as well. Elena just didn’t want to admit it to herself….now she is.

Damon took the punch because Damon felt like he deserved it. But then again, did he really? I don’t think so. All Stefan has done is push Elena away. Elena has the right to move on with whomever she chooses. But then again, Damon noted that Stefan was actually starting to feel again. So maybe he took the punch because he was glad Stefan was starting to feel something, even if it was jealousy. Because mark my words, this isn’t going to get any easier for the brother bond. Damon will fight like all hell to hold onto Elena if she’s in a relationship with him. He’s already proven that he’ll fight like all hell for her when she’s not.

As far as Stefan being in this mess because he chose to save Damon’s life: I agree with that. But keep in mind, he has worked tirelessly to save his brothers life. When it comes to Damon, Stefan will move hell and high water to see that Damon is alive. To bad he didn’t do the same for Elena last season when her death was imminent. That’s one of the most confusing things to me in this whole thing: Stefan has fought like all hell to save Damon’s life, but he didn’t do the same for Elena.

  • Anonymous

LOL: there you go Rehabber: “sweet merciful awesome”….ya gotta love Dean Winchester;)

  • Anonymous

And yet again: that’s another choice that Stefan is making of his own free will. You can’t blame Damon & Elena for Stefan’s choices…those are all his. That’s the same lesson that Damon had to learn last season.

  • Anonymous

Hi dman, I don´t think I have ever read such a long comment from you :) And tell you what? I liked it a lot. A man´s perspective on dating and friends and exes is interesting and enlightening. So you think it´s a question of nature that Damon kissed Elena. I think so too and I think it wasn´t morally wrong. As you put it: Stefan made it perfectly clear that he didn´t want her anymore. And at that it´s not only a question of Stefan but one of Elena too. Johnny Depp put it that way: If you are dating someone and fall in love with somebody else, take him because if you really were in love with the first one it wouldn´t have happened. (…or something along that line…) Damon was honest about his feelings with Stefan and lately with Elena, too. So there was no secret and I think it was the right move fro Elena to tell Stefan the way she did. Now she needn´t have to feel guilty.

  • Anonymous

Does anybody know why we have to wait 2 weeks for a new episode?

  • Anonymous

It was a decision made by the CW Network, the TVD people had nothing to do with it:(

  • Larisa22

i think damon deserves elena .he could give his life for elena, something that stefan would never do cause he’s too selfish

  • Anonymous

Yeah that’s what I meant, miss 2 episodes, but 3 weeks which feels like an ETERNITY! The CW is cruel and they’ve also made me wait 2 months for Hart of Dixie to come back. Thank goodness it will be back this Monday! That’s something.

  • Jescka

You’re right, Stefan definitely brought that upon himself, so he doesn’t have a “right” to be pissed. But he isn’t as strong as he makes himself out to be to Elena, so I can definitely sympathize with his feelings of hurt and betrayal. He knows he can’t have her, and he doesn’t feel good enough for her, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t wish he could.

  • Jescka

I don’t think he really had as much of a choice as it may seem. I’d like to think that being forced to kill multiple innocent people would give someone like Stefan enough trauma to prevent him from just going back to the way everything was with Elena. It just isn’t that simple.

  • Anonymous

HoD is my 3rd favorite show on CW, just a lot of fun and good eye candy. ;)

  • Linn

Whaaat? Are you serious? Oh my, I hate when they do this.. They just had å long break.

  • Linn

I’m sorry, “mad” was a wrong word to use, I meant “a little upset”, and not only because everyone don’t think the things I/we do. More because the Stefan/Stelena fans says “Damon/Delena fans always says bad stuff about Stefan” blabla, but we do not, it’s the other way around. I love Damon, but I like Stefan too..
Sorry, sometimes it’s a little hard to get my thoughts out right, because I’m clearly not english at all:)

  • mary.m155

Its ok to get up set we are all clearly way to obsessed with this show and these two vampires. Lol I totally am..

  • Anonymous

I had much rather have more short 2-3 week breaks instead of 2-3 months at one time.

  • Kiki

good question…. I wonder what Isobel and John knew about Mikael. Before John died to save Elena he wrote a letter to Elena. I think if he knew about Mikael he’d wrote something about it in that letter. So how could Miranda and Ebby know about Mikael and the Doppelgänger stuff but not John who was Elena’s father? And how is a Doppelgänger born? Do the parents have to be related to Kathrine and her baby or is it another witch spell that creates a Doppelgänger?

  • Anonymous

Well more eye candy is fixin to be added. I don’t know if you have heard yet, but Justin Hartley is going to be joining the cast soon as yet another love interest for Zoe. My poor Wade! But I love me some Justin. I have missed my Ollie/Green Arrow!

  • Anonymous

NO, I had not heard, I wanted a Ollie/Green Arrow spin off so badly.  Wow, HoD is going to get even more interesting. lol

  • Angel_683

Stefan is not selfish, as we remember he was ready to give his life to save Jenna. but i totally agree that Damon deserves Elena, actually i believe he deserves Elena more than Stefan. because Stefan always was the good person but Damon tries to be good for Elana.

  • vampylady11

Overall I liked the episode, especially Bonnie’s storyline, but I feel like Elena and Stefan’s progress as characters was really stunted. I do believe Elena has become a stronger more independent character, but the entire scene where she tells Stefan about her kissing Damon was really stupid. Am I the only one who feels this way? It’s none of his business first of all, when he has made it perfectly clear (i.e. trying to kill Elena, disregard for her feelings, not caring if Jeremy dies) that he doesn’t care what she thinks about him or wants to be with her. Yes it is his brother, but so what! Elena and Stefan haven’t been together for a long time, it’s time to move on. That scene was completely useless. It’s so easy for Elena to forgive all the mistakes Stefan has made with one apology, but with Damon no! Damon has done a lot of terrible things but so has Stefan they are both damaged. Which is why the only saving grace of that stupid scene was when Stefan said she was better than both of the brothers. Don’t get me started on the punch! My god, umm how about Damon beats the crap out of Stefan for almost killing Elena in the gym, or on the bridge, or for killing Andie! To me Stefan lost the right to react like that towards any decision Elena makes about her life. Damon has been nothing but kind to her since Stefan left, doing everything in his power to keep her safe, be a good friend, protect her from Klaus, and of course bring Stefan back. For me that was disrespect towards Damon from Elena. She is in such denial of her feelings for him, that she goes and blabs to his brother about it. He doesn’t deserve that, and I’m sorry but Elena doesn’t deserve Damon after that behavior.

From what I have read the CW is in the process of finalizing a deal to pick up a pilot called Arrow obviously based on Green Arrow, but Justin Hartley has nothing to do with the project. So guess what that means! I will not be watching that show. Justin is Green Arrow. No substitutions!

Here are 2 of the articles I have read:

I agree Justin IS Green Arrow, he was on Castle last night, loved the surprise.

There is still hope, no one has been cast yet.  CW needs to keep Justin.

I was just reading another article if you want to mark this website to keep up with the latest developments of what’s going on, but it’s pretty much a done deal with no Justin. BOO! I’m going to watch Castle tonight. I guess we’ll have to enjoy him on HOD then!

How boring does that sound..they better get someone REALLY good to play Oliver, because that sounds like crap.

One thing you should know, if Stefan wanted her he could have her back in a flash. But hes too conflicted with guilt from the terrible things he’s done that he needs to forgive himself and feel like he deserves her first. Also if Elena had to choose between Stefan and Damon, we all know that Stefan would be the one hands down. “it will always be Stefa” she even said it to Damons face. :-)

I think he didn’t mean only Damon. I think Stefan has a bad opinion about all vampires including himself and he thinks Elena as a human is better than any vampire. For me it felt more like a compliment for Elena than something bad about Damon. Maybe he wanted her to hate him so she would be able to let him go and live a normal life but instead of falling in love with a human she kissed Damon which was not what Stefan had planned. Of course after what Stefan did he has no right to be angry but his emotions are just comming back and it seems difficult for him to controll them so I think that’s the reason why he hit Damon and is angry and jealous… Remember how Damon overreacted everytime he was hurt in season 1 and 2.
