hopefully some fans who haven’t thought about going green yet will do it now. one more tip: go vegan. it does not only save the life of countless animals, but it also means to protect rain forests and water resources. there are much more advantages of being vegan. check it out :)

    Nice video! ^^
Sara gave some useful advice that will hopefully be taken.
I have to say that Nina looks gorgeous with this hairstyle I`m wondering which episode is this from? She`s wearing Elena`s vervaine necklace so Nina`s probably not playing Katherine..

I totally agree with this. Even if you just go vegetarian or pescetarian, you are helping the environment soooooo much. Did you know that the emmissions produced by 300g of beef if equivalent to driving over 200 miles in a Ferrari, and that the emmssions produced by my car in a year (although my car is a 1.1 litre) are still less than the emmissions from 300g of beef!!!
Think about it – the farmer has to care for the animal throughout its life and all the emmissions count up; from the lights used to keep a calf warm when its first born, to all the emmissions from the production of the cows food. The list just goes on. With fish, its not so bad as they are usually caught wild (certainly in the UK, 90%+ is wild caught because we are never far from the coast, so all places can access wild fish).
