Yes, tonight’s episode of The Vampire Diaries is a repeat of Night of the Comet – but you don’t really think that gets you off the hook, do you? Celebrate the series’ full season pick-up by tuning in anyway and start trending Vampire Diaries on Twitter. (We know a few people who live for that Thursday trending topic pick me up; make their day and let ‘em know a repeat doesn’t make a lick of difference.)

A REMINDER: If you have sound problems (or have excessive skipping, stuttering or glitches) while watching the broadcast, please help out the show (and yourselves!) by dropping a comment here in the blog or replying to @julieplec on Twitter with the following information:

• Your CW affiliate and city
• Whether you have cable, DirectTV, antenna, etc.
• Optional (but helpful if you know): Whether your station broadcasts in 5.1 Dolby sound.
