Looking forward to season 2. Have to say though, Damon is his best when he is being evil and sleeping with new gals all the time not giving a rats — who he hurts. The Damon following Elena around like a wounded puppy dog is boring. Looking forward to Bonnie kicking Katherines ass or at least scaring Katherine to the point she stays clear of Bonnie. Katherine only wants Stefan because the old saying you always want what you can’t have. Looking forward to seeing more love scenes with Elena and Stefan and Stefan kicking butt.

Counting down the days until season two begins. Looking forward to seeing if Uncle John makes it. Damon and Bonnie would make such a hot and sexy couple. The thought of a kickass Vampire and a kickass witch would be beyond outstanding. Really hope that Damon and Bonnie get together. Love the epic love story with Stefan and Elena. Can’t wait to see Tyler’s uncle, yum/sexy wolf. Hope Caroline makes it.

The question “who will Damon pick?” is really not the right question. The question should be “will Damon have his vengenance on Katherine?”. Damon is in love with Elena.
She brings out his humanity. Personally, I do not want to see him on a murderous rampage again. His journey has been a griping story and he needs to continue on this path. He can still kick ass and give justice to those who want to hurt people he cares about. Would not want him any other way. Just don’t understand the premise of a Bonnie/Damon hook up. That would be horrible! Zero chemistry there. Looking forward to Season 2. Totally Team Damon!

Oh please, all these “Damon loves Elena” fans need to realize that he was completely, completely in love with Katherine for over a hundred years. He’s just barely started developing feelings for Elena, and that was during the time when he still wasn’t even over Katherine yet. He just BARELY found out that Katharine wasn’t imprisoned in the tomb, prior to that, it was all about saving her. You don’t get over someone that you’ve loved for so long that quickly. SPOILER: When Katherine tells him she doesn’t love him, it’s going to crush him. I feel so sorry for him. He’s going to be heartbroken and I’m guessing he’ll either go back to killing people, or be very tempted to do so. He’ll also probably realize that everything he has become is for nothing (Ian Somerhalder has said several times that he is mimicking what he knows about being a vampire from Katherine.)

I’m personally looking forward to seeing how Stefan and Elena cope with all this. I love their relationship. I’m team Damon too but that doesn’t mean I love the idea of Delena. I’m kind of liking the Bamon idea. They do have some good chemistry. Of course, there’s no way that’s happening anytime oon.
