TV Guide Network is highlighting TV’s Best 2009 during a special tonight (Monday) at 8/7c and they’ve released a sneak peek at their top three picks for TV’s sexiest vampires – Damon Salvatore comes in at #2 (sandwiched between True Blood‘s Bill and Eric).
