That’s right, folks. We finally have a date for the Vampire Diaries in the UK. According to Digital Spy, British fans need to mark down Sunday, 24th January, 2010 at 9pm on ITV2. If you have plans for that date, now is a great time to rearrange them.

UPDATE: Guardian article now saying UK premiere is in February.

As we’ve mentioned previously, Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder are headed off to London for a few days to promote the TV series. HeatWorld is reporting that the trio are going to be at the Apple Store on Regent Street on Saturday, 12th December from 5.30pm, so UK fans should head on down there to ask them questions. HeatWorld is also reporting that the pilot will be available for download on iTunes in the UK tomorrow, for those who want to get their paws on it before the end of January.
