No rest for the wicked – just because The Vampire Diaries will be on (an excruciatingly long) summer hiatus doesn’t mean the cast won’t be popping up around the globe, spreading the love. Here are some highlights:
- Thanks to Carina MacKenzie, we know that Nina Dobrev will be in attendance at the Young Hollywood Awards this Thursday night. She’ll be accepting Avon’s Make Their Mark award. And while we don’t know who else from Vampire Diaries will be attending (if anyone), the cast is being honored with the Cast to Watch award.
- Ian Somerhalder will be a presenter at the World Music Awards in Monaco on Tuesday, May 18th.
- Expect members of Vampire Diaries to be at the CW Upfronts in New York City on Thursday, May 20th.
- Nina, Ian, and Paul Wesley will be attending the Monte Carlo Television Festival, June 6-10.
- London and Australia will be getting some love this summer as well, with press and HUB Production’s first Vampire Diaries fan event. Treat ‘em well, world!
