all signs point to yes!!

Oooh cool! =D Hopefully both SPN and TVD go to CC!
Also, is September 17th confirmed for the season premiere?

Sounds perfectly plausible as they’ve been saying mid-to-late September to beginning of October. Haven’t seen an official confirmation – did you see September 17th somewhere?

  • Mia

Just that SPN is premiering on September 17th, so if they premier together, which is likely, yeah.

    Sounds likely indeed!

The networks always have different casts at SDCC for panels. With the buzz for vamps (TruBlood, Twilight, etc), it is likely that they will be there BUT SDCC does not like to confirm anyone until Preview evening. We’ll have to wait for CW to confirm! Anybody else going to be there?? Just tweet me @creativesherry

Due to the enormous crowds, legions of media outlets, and press it’s hard to even confirm the exact scheduling sometimes. There have been previous seasons when they’ve changed panel times and days; typically this doesn’t happen with major attendants like the studio film showcase.

Last year Smallville and Supernatural had their panels ( I believe ) on Sunday. How did I know? Well, I happened to be on the main floor when the echoes of screams and howls erupted from the floor above me. Someone was kind enough to tell me, “It’s the Supernatural guys upstairs” after seeing me flinch at the unexpected sound, lol.

Considering this is going to be tVD’s first season, I suspect it may be in the same venue at an earlier time.

I hope they do manage to fit the show along with the networks other shows. In fact, it would make the MOST sense to have tVD panel BEFORE Supernatural since the will be in the same timeslot.

I just hope it’s not going to be in Hall H (?) the 600-800 room of death, lol. Where most attendees camp outside from dawn and stay in that room for hours. It’s kinda crazy, lol.

Yesss, Hall H was very interesting last year. I was in there during the Heroes/Lost/Terminator: Salvation panels. I’m hoping they manage to snag the ballroom above the Exhibitor’s Hall; I caught the Grant Morrison and Stan Lee/Dr. Who/Torchwood panels in there and it was my favorite room by far. Everyone could see and hear everything, plenty of space to move, etc. And then I think the next biggest room after that was where they held True Blood/Dexter.

I didn’t always see rhyme or reason between the popularity of the cast/property and the size of the room (the Spaced panel definitely should have been in a much bigger room), so it’s hard to predict where they might end up.

I’m trying to remember when they released the schedule last year – I wanna say late June?

This is cool ! I’ll be there for the New Moon cast which I’m so excited for also.
