Okay, we were hoping for some more exciting things to crop up before posting, but it seems as though today is a slow news day (actually, it’s slow in general – the most exciting thing that happened to me today was viewing a photo of a giant parsnip. At least Vee gets to watch the True Blood finale!). Maybe tomorrow will bring us some nice, new promos, eh?

For those of you in the USA who may have missed it, or just want to watch it again (and again), the Vampire Diaries pilot is available as a free download from Amazon and iTunes.

LOL – The Show has the accent, not the voice over ;)

Thanks for this though…I haven’t tuned into GO! yet, as I know TVD isn’t airing atm.

I don’t think the mention of the Twilight Saga was necessary in the australian advertising but I often don’t understand all these marketing things.
Twilight is not bad at all and I heard that It will be becoming better with every book.

But TVD is much better! Australians will not lie.

Red, don’t diss giant parsnips. :)

I love the books and the movie

My first download of the pilot from Amazon froze about 17 minutes into it, so I wrote to their customer service and they allowed me to do a second download in beautiful HD and it’s perfect. I really recommend it!

I kind of liked the Austrailian one, but it was too happy go lucky in a way… If that could be understood. And the other one did show scenes from episode two, so it was all good. All is good.
