Vampire Diaries TV SeriesWe’ve got some more information about the Vampire Diaries being available for download on iTunes in the UK. Looks like ITV are trying something radical to help build a buzz for the show before it premieres next year, and to also try and encourage UK fans to download it via a legal route and combat piracy. The first ten episodes that have already aired in USA are going to be released on iTunes over the coming weeks, with (and this is the best bit) the remaining twelve episodes being made available for download in the UK the day after they’ve aired the USA. The pilot is now available for download in Standard Definition for £1.89 or in High Definition for £2.49. UK fans, enjoy catching up. You’re in for a treat.

And if you’re in London, don’t forget to head over to the Apple store on Regent Street this evening, where Nina, Paul and Ian will be from 5:30pm to promote the Vampire Diaries and answer fan questions.
