also it seems like there will be complications with silas because he doesnt seem too nice and like he will be willing to help them out

But how do you kill Silas? Guess raise Qetsiyah and expression and send them both off to Silas hell?

I wonder why Shane didn’t bring a (living?) blood bag anyway… I mean, he must have known Silas had dessicated for 2,000 years.

And I did not catch that earlier: How is Silas a vampire? I thought Esther made the first ones… isn’t Silas a different kind of vampire then?

At the end of the last aired episode, “Shane” is waiting for Bonnie outside her door…she told him her friends just couldn’t believe she could raise the dead & didn’t want her to; “Shane”, basically, told her that she could do anything w/ him guiding her. However, right as the episode ends, Rebekah is still on the island, bumps into Shane(still injured & totally out-of-it)… He grabs her leg & says, “Silas.” Seems to me that Silas has used Shane’s body to escape & disguise himself. It’s Silas who’s w/ Bonnie in Mystic Falls, not Shane.

Yes, you’re right, but please keep in mind I saw this clip before 4×15 aired so there was no way for me to know that at the time.
